Speaker Bio:


Jeff Ferguson is a Managing Director, Sales at Axletree Solutions, a premier financial technology solutions provider. Prior to Axletree, Jeff spent 40 years in banking specializing in International Treasury Management Sales and Relationship Management at HSBC, ABN Amro, PNC Bank, and Comerica Bank. Over the years, Jeff has successfully covered clients in all segments from small business to Fortune 100 companies. 

Jeff has been a frequent speaker at regional AFP conferences as well as the national AFP conference.
His topics have been of a wide variety; Global Banking, Working Capital Optimization, Pre-Validation, Financial Messaging, Relationship Banking, and Treasury Workstation Migration.

Jeff holds an MBA in Finance from Saginaw Valley State
University and a BS in Management Degree from Ferris State University. Professional accreditations include CTP certification since 1995 and a Certificate in International Cash Management (Cert ICM) from the Association of Corporate Treasurers (ACT) in the United Kingdom in 2006.

Therese Morgan has 28 years of cash management experience in operations, product management, implementation, consulting and sales.  She currently serves as a Canada TMO at PNC, where she has worked for the past five years, including time on the International Advisory team. Therese has been a SWIFT for Corporates specialist since 2017 and is passionate about helping organizations navigate global treasury solutions.
