Dr. John Min, Chief Economist
Dr. John Min is the Chief Economist at Monex USA, where he advises corporate clients on strategies to mitigate and manage foreign exchange (FX) risk. Prior to joining Monex USA, he was the Founder and Chief Economist at World First USA and served as Vice President of Sales at Ruesch International, an international financial institution based in Washington, D.C. Over his career, John has also consulted for leading organizations, including JP Morgan Chase, EverBank, Management Concepts, Western Union, AFEX, and Ebury.
A recognized expert in international economics and financial markets, Dr. Min is a frequent speaker at industry conferences such as NACHA, AFP, EPay, Wespay, SAP, NEACH, and EPCOR. He is also a regular guest on podcasts and media platforms discussing the dynamics of the global economy and their impact on financial institutions.
In addition to his corporate work, Dr. Min teaches economics at Northern Virginia Community College and graduate finance courses at New England College of Business and Finance and the London Academy of Trading. He earned his MBA from George Washington University and a Doctorate in Economics from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia.
